I noticed there are only a few albums on the homepage. Where may I view your entire collection?

We have featured our latest and greatest albums on our Featured and Latest albums pages. To see our entire collection, please visit our Search page, where you can find albums sorted by genre, price, label, and artist. You can also search for all albums by doing a "blank search", using the "Search all vinyl records:" tool on nearly every page. In other words, use the search box and put nothing into it, and press 'search'. You can sort this list by how recently they were put online, by using the timeframe selections below the search box and then searching. Our search box may be changed to view titles, catalog numbers, or combined artists and titles in one search.

What is the New Albums RSS Feed? How do I subscribe?

Our RSS Feed informs you of new albums as they become ready to buy. The list is sorted by genre, and integrates well with Internet Explorer 7, and other feed readers. To see the picture of an album from the feed, click on the selection in the feed, and it will take you right there.
To subscribe, use your subscription feature, where you can enter in the feed URL, by clicking on it, copying and pasting, or sometimes by right clicking on the feed here (or on the homepage) and then selecting "add feed". Feeds are updated live. As soon as an album becomes available to buy, it is displayed on the feed.

What is the "Use last: 7 | 14 | 30 | 60 | 120 days or all days"? I can't see any albums from those days, where are they?

This navigation allows you to elect to view only the latest albums that have been entered into our collection, in the situation where you are concerned that you are seeing the same albums over and over. Occasionally, if you chose a timeframe that is very short, we have not entered in any new albums to the system at that time, so none appear. In this case, select a longer time frame. Featured and latest pages are not filterd by recency, only the main search listings.

How do I use your search tool. What options are there?

Searches are similar to Google, with fewer advanced features, and are natural language searches, in that similar words will be selected. The following features are available using the search box:

• Using a '+' in front of a word will always include that word in a search
• Using a '-' in front of a word will always exclude that word in search
• Using quotes around two or more words will always search for that exact sequence of words
• Searches are natural language based, so sometimes you will get results related to the present search that are unexpected.
• You may search for a range of albums or artists that start with a certain range of letters. For example, to search for all albums that start with 'a' or 'b', type "a-b" (without the quotes) into the search box, and select "title" in the drop down box, and press 'Search'.

How can I save my cart?

Usually, carts are saved for some time if you use the same browser. Cart information is not stored in the cookie, it is stored on the server. No personal information is stored in a cookie, only a unique tracking number, which allows us to prepopulate a cart or checkout form with the appropriate data.

If you would like to save a cart for use with another browser, that option is now available using the Customer Service link on the reader strip, usually appearing on many different pages, or by using the View Cart link, at the top of each page.
